Although the contents are completely Natural and does not contain any synthetic ingredients This is completely Natural oil, Yes it contains some real Gardenia and definitely a blend of other oils too, to give the same & strong smell of the Gardenia. Otherwise the smell of just gardenia on its own is very mild.
